No consistency rule. Your profit does not need to be spread evenly across trades or days.
No minimum profitable days. You are not required to be profitable on any particular number of days.

No waiting period before your first withdrawal. You can withdraw on your first day funded, as soon as your profit clears the Safety Net by the minimum withdrawal amount.

The rules that do apply are the profit goal, the trailing loss limit, position and event size limits, the hedging policy, and the $0.01 minimum contract price, and the prohibition on algorithmic trading and API access.
