On July 30, 2026 the Omen Funded Trading Program moved to a new rule set. Evaluations purchased before that date — and any funded accounts earned from them, including accounts activated after July 30 — continue to run on the rules that were in effect at the time of purchase.
This article documents that previous rule set. If you purchased on or after July 30, 2026, the current rules apply instead and this article does not concern you.
What did not change
The following are the same under both rule sets:
The 30-day evaluation period, and the 7-day window to activate a funded account
Intraday and end-of-day drawdown trailing mechanics, including the 5:00 AM ET (DST-adjusted) end-of-day reset
Measuring the profit goal on realized profit and the loss limit on equity
The 80/20 default payout split and the 90/10 add-on
The 24-hour cooldown between withdrawals
The $0.01 minimum contract price, 24/7 trading, weekend holds, and news trading
The hedging policy, market availability, accepted payment methods, and the refund policy
Account sizes
Accounts purchased before July 30, 2026 were available in five sizes: $1,000, $10,000, $25,000, $50,000, and $100,000. The $5,000 and $1,000,000 tiers were introduced with the new rule set and are not available on earlier purchases.
Profit Goals
Account Size | Profit Goal |
$1,000 | $200 |
$10,000 | $2,000 |
$25,000 | $5,000 |
$50,000 | $10,000 |
$100,000 | $22,000 |
Loss Limits
The maximum drawdown was 10% of the account size, rather than the current 3%.
Account Size | Loss Limit |
$1,000 | $100 |
$10,000 | $1,000 |
$25,000 | $2,000 |
$50,000 | $5,000 |
$100,000 | $10,000 |
Safety Net
Account Size | Safety Net |
$1,000 | $110 |
$10,000 | $1,100 |
$25,000 | $2,750 |
$50,000 | $5,500 |
$100,000 | $11,000 |
Minimum Withdrawal
Account Size | Minimum Withdrawal |
$1,000 | $10 |
$10,000 | $100 |
$25,000 | $250 |
$50,000 | $500 |
$100,000 | $1,000 |
As with current accounts, the minimum is withdrawn from profits above the Safety Net floor. For example, on a $1,000 account the Safety Net is $110 and the minimum withdrawal is $10, so the first withdrawal becomes available once the funded account reaches $1,120.
Lifetime withdrawal cap
The maximum total withdrawal from a funded account over its lifetime is equal to the original funding amount of that account, rather than the 30% cap that applies to newer accounts. A $10,000 funded account purchased before July 30, 2026 can therefore withdraw up to $10,000 over its lifetime, across a maximum of 10 withdrawals.
Position and event limits
Position limits were assessed per trade rather than cumulatively per market. The maximum allowable size at the time of entry was 5% of the account's original value in contracts valued at $1, and you could hold up to 10% of the account's original value in $1 contracts across all markets belonging to a single event.
Account Size | Per Trade (5%) | Per Event (10%) |
$1,000 | 50 contracts | 100 contracts |
$10,000 | 500 contracts | 1,000 contracts |
$25,000 | 1,250 contracts | 2,500 contracts |
$50,000 | 2,500 contracts | 5,000 contracts |
$100,000 | 5,000 contracts | 10,000 contracts |
What else still applies
The evaluation fee refund on your first withdrawal applies to funded accounts earned from evaluations purchased before July 30, 2026, on the same terms.
Safety Net Removal is not available on these accounts.
