Hedging Policy

Rules around holding opposing positions across accounts or evaluations

Holding opposing positions on the same market across different funded accounts or evaluations at the same time is not permitted. Any accounts found to be in violation of this policy are subject to immediate closure.

An opposing position means taking both sides of the same outcome — for example, holding Yes on a market in one account while holding No on that same market in another account, or holding long and short exposure to the same asset or derivative across two accounts.

This rule is evaluated across every evaluation and funded account within your Omen account, and across accounts belonging to traders acting in coordination. Because a single Omen account can hold many evaluations and funded accounts, it is worth reviewing your open positions across all of them before entering a new one.

Operating multiple Omen accounts in order to work around this policy is also prohibited and may result in termination.
