Withdrawal Rules

How and when you can withdraw profits from your funded account

You can request a withdrawal on demand, 24/7, from any active Omen Funded Account. Withdrawals are typically processed the same day, and can be sent to a crypto wallet or a bank account — see Withdrawal Methods and Processing Times.

There is no waiting period before your first withdrawal — you can request one on your first day funded, as soon as you meet the requirements below.

Purchased before July 30, 2026? Funded accounts earned from evaluations purchased before this date use different minimums and a different lifetime cap. See Rules for Accounts Purchased Before July 30, 2026.

What you can withdraw

You withdraw your share of the profits your funded account has generated — 80% by default, or 90% with the 90/10 payout split add-on.

Withdrawals may only be made from profits above the Safety Net floor. Your profit must exceed the Safety Net by at least the minimum withdrawal amount for your tier before a withdrawal can be requested. If you purchased Safety Net Removal, this floor does not apply to your account.

How often you can withdraw

Withdrawals can only be made once every 24 hours, with the timer starting after your first withdrawal. This timer is applied on a per-account basis, so separate funded accounts have separate cooldowns.

Each funded account is limited to a total lifetime withdrawal amount equal to 30% of its funding amount. Whichever you reach first closes that account. See Lifetime Withdrawal Limits.

Before your first withdrawal

You must complete a background check and sign the Funding Agreement before a funded account can be activated or paid out.

When you take your first withdrawal from a funded account, the amount you paid for the evaluation that earned it is returned to your Omen Credit Balance, unless you purchased Instant Funding or Safety Net Removal. See Evaluation Fee Refund.

What happens to your loss limit

When you withdraw, your account equity and loss limit decrease by the amount of the requested withdrawal. Funds are held outside your account until the request is either accepted or rejected. If your withdrawal is rejected but your account remains in good standing, the amount will be automatically returned to your equity and your loss limit will be raised. The trailing drawdown does not reset to its initial value upon requesting a withdrawal.

During an evaluation

Withdrawals are not available on accounts in the evaluation stage. See Withdrawals During the Evaluation.
