When you take your first withdrawal from an Omen Funded Account, the amount you paid for the evaluation that earned it is returned to your Omen Credit Balance.
The refund is for the full amount you actually paid, after any discounts or promotional credit applied at checkout. If you paid $99 for an evaluation after a discount, $99 is what comes back.
This is a reward for reaching your first withdrawal, not a cancellation policy. Evaluation fees are otherwise non-refundable — see Refund Policy.
What you can do with it
Credit returned this way lands in your Omen Credit Balance and follows that balance's rules. You can apply it toward the purchase of a new evaluation, or withdraw it, subject to the $50 minimum and the all-or-nothing withdrawal rule described in Omen Credit Balance.
Unlike promotional bonus credit from the welcome offer, this credit is not restricted to evaluation purchases and does not expire.
Which accounts are eligible
The refund applies to funded accounts earned by passing an evaluation, including accounts on the pre-7/30/26 rule set.
Two optional upgrades make an account ineligible:
Instant Funding — accounts that skipped the evaluation do not receive the refund.
Safety Net Removal — accounts with the Safety Net removed do not receive the refund.
If you take either upgrade, the price of your evaluation is not returned when you make your first withdrawal.
