Rule Changes and How Your Account Is Grandfathered

What happens to accounts you already own when the rules change

Rules, limits, and pricing are subject to change at any time as the Omen Funded Trading Program evolves. Ordinarily, changes apply to new purchases only.

We make every effort to govern each account by the rules that were in effect on the day it was purchased. If you bought an evaluation under an earlier rule set, that is the rule set we intend to honor — for that evaluation and for the funded account you earn through it.

That said, Omen reserves the right to change the rules, limits, and terms applying to any account at any time, including accounts already purchased, where it is necessary to manage risk to the firm, respond to a regulatory or compliance requirement, or address abuse of the program. Where we do so, we will communicate the change where possible.

The rules that currently apply to each of your accounts are shown on that account's page in the app. That page, together with the Terms and Conditions and the Funding Agreement, is the authoritative reference for any individual account.

The July 30, 2026 rule change

The most recent change took effect on July 30, 2026 and altered account sizes, profit goals, loss limits, position limits, Safety Net floors, and withdrawal limits. Evaluations purchased before that date — and the funded accounts they produce — continue to run on the previous rule set.

See Rules for Accounts Purchased Before July 30, 2026 for the full previous rule set.
