How to Contact Support

There are three ways to reach us:

  • In the app. Open the Profile tab in the Omen web or mobile app and select Support to open a ticket. This is the best option for anything account-specific, including withdrawals, verification, and billing. Our support bot will do its best to answer any questions, but you can always ask for a human for further assistance.

  • In Discord. Ask in #support. A staff member can start a support thread and look into account-specific issues privately. Before posting, take a moment to read the Discord Community Rules.

  • By email. For support by email, you can reach out to us at [email protected]. Please note that response times may be longer when contacting us via email. For account related support, you must send your email from the email address you used to sign up for Omen.

For display problems, incorrect odds, or trades that aren't appearing, post in #bug-reports — see Why My Positions, Odds, or Balances Look Wrong first, as many of these issues resolve on their own.

For feature requests, you can create a thread in the #feature-requests channel in Discord. Please make sure that your request doesn't already exist in another thread. React to or comment on requests for us to increase their priority. Omen does not guarantee that feature requests will be honored. Do not harass staff for new features and respect that their decisions are final.

What to include

Support can help fastest when you include:

  • Your account number (for example, #6767)

  • The time the issue occurred, with a timezone

  • A screenshot, if the issue is visible in the app

  • The market or event involved, if it's trade-related

What support cannot do

Support cannot reverse a loss limit breach, extend an evaluation past its 30-day period, restore a forfeited activation window, or issue a refund. See Refund Policy and What Happens If I Fail or My Evaluation Expires?.

Omen staff will never contact you first asking you to buy wallets, tokens, or accounts. See Avoiding Scams and Impersonators.
