An evaluation ends without a funded account in one of two ways: you breach the loss limit, or the 30-day period expires before you reach the profit goal. In both cases the evaluation is closed permanently.
Closed evaluations cannot be reopened, reset, or extended, and no refund is issued. See Refund Policy.
What isn't affected
Closing an evaluation has no effect on the rest of your Omen account:
Your other evaluations and funded accounts continue to run normally.
Your Omen Credit Balance is unaffected.
You can purchase a new evaluation immediately. There is no cooldown, no penalty, and no limit on how many evaluations you can buy.
