Payouts are not available on any account that is currently in the Evaluation period. Evaluations exist solely for assessment and evaluative purposes. Only accounts that have transitioned to the Funded stage are eligible to receive payouts. If you hold multiple accounts, payout eligibility applies on a per-account basis depending on which stage that account is in.
