As of 7/26/26, Omen does not currently offer any subscriptions. There are no users with active subscriptions and all purchases are currently nonrecurring. Users looking to deactivate their accounts do not need to take any extra steps to cancel payments at this time. Please note that no purchases are eligible for refund per our refund policy.
Evaluations can be purchased either as a recurring subscription or as a one-time purchase. If you are on a subscription and pass the evaluation, the subscription is automatically canceled and converted into a funded account. If your evaluation has not been passed by the renewal date, it resets to a fresh balance and a new 30-day cycle begins. If you purchased a one-time evaluation, there is no auto-reset — the evaluation expires at the end of the 30-day period and does not renew.
