How Omen Prices Markets

Where market prices and odds on Omen come from

Omen's market prices are sourced directly from Polymarket — the global exchange, not Polymarket US. Odds, order books, and market resolutions all follow Polymarket, which is why the full Polymarket market list is available on Omen.

Because pricing comes from a live order book rather than a fixed set of odds, the price you see can move between the moment you enter an order and the moment it is filled. See Order Types and Slippage.

Omen does not set odds, take the other side of your trade, or place wagers with a sportsbook on your behalf. See How Omen Differs From Prediction Markets and Sportsbooks.

Market resolution follows Polymarket as well. Between the time a market closes and the time it officially resolves, Polymarket can report inaccurate position values, so a position may briefly show a value that doesn't match how the market ultimately settles.

If a market's price, title, or description looks incorrect in the app — or a closed position doesn't settle the way you expect — check the official market on Polymarket first, then see Why My Positions, Odds, or Balances Look Wrong.
